Our Story
FR Valoni Sh.P.K is a construction company founded in July 1999, with over 27 years of experience and continuity in the market. We are focused on building high-rise and low-rise residential buildings, and bring technical precision to every phase of construction.
We are a general contracting company — we carry out construction works according to projects approved by the relevant Municipality, without taking part as investors in projects. This lets us focus entirely on quality and deadlines.
Our team is made up of professionals — construction engineers, skilled workers and site supervisors — who work to the "ISO 9001" standard at every stage of the work. To date we have completed residential buildings from 8 to 17 floors across dozens of neighborhoods, maintaining the same level of quality regardless of project size.
